Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of vericoreoc.com (the "Site"), operated by Vericore OC ("Vericore," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
/ 01 Purpose of the Site
The Site is informational. It describes Vericore's compliance, validation, and monitoring services and provides means to inquire about a potential engagement. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice, and nothing on the Site creates an engagement, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship.
/ 02 Engagements Are Separate
Any actual engagement between Vericore and a client is governed by a separately executed engagement letter, statement of work, and (where applicable) non-disclosure or data-processing agreement. Those documents — not the Site — define scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and the parties' rights and obligations.
/ 03 Permitted Use
You may access the Site for lawful informational purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site or its content in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its supporting systems;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written consent;
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without permission, except as permitted by applicable copyright law;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in submissions made through the Site.
/ 04 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, marks, logos, and the underlying design system — is owned by Vericore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. The Vericore OC name and mark are property of Vericore OC. No license is granted by your use of the Site beyond the permitted use described above.
/ 05 Submissions
If you submit information through the Site (including via the inquiry form), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We treat submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. Where appropriate, we will execute a non-disclosure agreement before exchanging substantive engagement-specific information.
/ 06 Third-Party Links and References
The Site may reference third-party publications, frameworks, or websites. Such references are for informational purposes and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party resources.
/ 07 No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
/ 08 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vericore and its affiliates, principals, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
/ 09 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
/ 10 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the date of the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
